R90 ~ Redesign in 90 Days! We will meet Tuesdays at 6:00 pm at idance studio or if you prefer you can zoom in. The goal is to have a small group of ladies who want to set some individual fitness goals and work to achieve these goals. The outcome, to feel better physically and mentally 😃 There will be accountability, support, motivation, coaching, and cheering each other on. Whether you are beginning your fitness journey, revisiting your fitness journey, or advancing your fitness journey, this is a fun and supportive space for progress to happen.
What does R90 look like? The first week all R90 members will set some specific goals. I’ll be giving out and posting goal charts for you to fill out. These goals can be as big or little as you like. We will also take measurements; body fat, visceral fat, and BMI which will help track your progress.
Tuesdays will be our R90 group workout that I’ll lead, 6 pm Mondays 💪🏻 You can choose to join in class or by zoom. There will be daily workouts posted that you can do on your own. Accountability is key, and all members will post their activity 5 times a week. There will also be some challenges for prizes and of course a lot of support. Nutrition is another big part, each member can choose what their nutritional path will look like for the next 90 days and together we will support each other and help keep accountable to that choice.
Included in the R90 class is an invitation to join in on the Wednesday Stretch & Strength class for free. This class is 6 pm on Wednesdays.
