R90 ~ Redesign in 90 Days! We will meet Thursdays 5:45 pm at idance studio. The goal is to have a small group of ladies who want to set some individual fitness goals and work to achieve these goals. The outcome, to feel better physically and mentally 😃 There will be accountability, support, motivation, coaching, and cheering each other on. Whether you are beginning your fitness journey, revisiting your fitness journey, or advancing your fitness journey, this is a fun and supportive space for progress to happen.
